Ingredients

  • 3 Tbls butter
  • 4 (6oz) salmon filets
  • 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • pinch salt
  • 2/3 cup panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
  • 1 1/2 Tbls grated, fresh horseradish
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbls fresh chopped thyme

Directions

Melt 3 tablespoons butter in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Brush over salmon and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix panko, horseradish, parsley, and thyme in a small bowl.
Stir together well the remaining butter into the bowl.
Pat the crumb mix evenly on every salmon filet.
Pan fry salmon in a large skillet 6-10 minutes or until golden brown.
