Horseradish Crusted King Salmon Recipe | |

Ingredients:
3 Tbls butter4 (6oz) salmon filets 1 tsp fresh ground pepper pinch salt 2/3 cup panko (Japanese bread crumbs) 1 1/2 Tbls grated, fresh horseradish 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley 1 Tbls fresh chopped thyme
Directions:
Melt 3 tablespoons butter in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Brush over salmon and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix panko, horseradish, parsley, and thyme in a small bowl. Stir together well the remaining butter into the bowl. Pat the crumb mix evenly on every salmon filet. Pan fry salmon in a large skillet 6-10 minutes or until golden brown. |
