| Ingredients:
1/3 cup diced banana
1/3 cup diced seeded tomato 1/4 cup diced red onion 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
Directions:
In small bowl gently stir all ingredients until well combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Makes 4 (2-tablespoon) servings
