Ingredients:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1/2 t minced garlic
  • 3 cups tomato juice
  • 2T red win vinegar
  • 1T olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions:
Core and seed the tomatoes. Peel and seed the cucumber. Stem and seed the peppers. Dice enough of the tomatoes, cucumber and pepper to make 6 t of each for garnish. Cut the remainder along with the onion into chunks. Tear bread into pieces. Combine batches of vegetale chunks and remaining 6 ingredients in food processor and process until almost smooth. Pour into a bowl, cover and refridgerate until cold.
