Coconut Pastel Bon Bons Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • Dash salt
  • Food color (any color)
  • Coconut

Directions:
Mix all together. Chill 1 hour in covered bowl. Shape into balls, roll in coconut, cover and chill several hours.



You could also tint just the coconut.
