Coconut Pastel Bon Bons Recipe | |

Ingredients:
3 oz. soft cream cheese2 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla Dash salt Food color (any color) Coconut
Directions:
Mix all together. Chill 1 hour in covered bowl. Shape into balls, roll in coconut, cover and chill several hours.You could also tint just the coconut.
