Ingredients
- 12 medium red or yellow potatoes, sliced thinly (5 or 6 cups)
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
