Cheesy Rotel Potatoes Recipe | |

Ingredients:
12 medium red or yellow potatoes, sliced thinly (5 or 6 cups) 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup 2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. |
