Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 12 packets Equal or 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh chili
- pepper or crushed red peppers
- 2 tablespoon chopped green onion
- (optional)
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients. Serve as a dressing for spinach or as a sauce with grilled poultry or meat on noodles.
