Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 12 packets Equal or 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh chili
  • pepper or crushed red peppers
  • 2 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • (optional)

Directions

Whisk together all ingredients. Serve as a dressing for spinach or as a sauce with grilled poultry or meat on noodles.
