Thai Peanut Salad Dressing Recipe

  Thai Dressing

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 cup canola oil
12 packets Equal or 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh chili
pepper or crushed red peppers
2 tablespoon chopped green onion
(optional)

Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients. Serve as a dressing for spinach or as a sauce with grilled poultry or meat on noodles.
