Real butter and premium ice cream is best. Ilike French Vanilla.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon premium vanilla ice cream
  • 1 pound icing sugar
  • 1 pound brown sugar
  • 1 pound butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

melt the butter, add the sugars and softened ice cream and spices, stir till all melted and smooth. Keep in freezer.
To serve : add 2 Tablespoons of the mixture to 1/2 rum-1/2 boiling water. Proportions may be adapted to taste.
