Though I am not a seafood lover, even I love this! It's delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 3 TBS snipped scallions
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 lb. small cooked shrimp
  • 3 TBS. flour
  • 2 cups yogurt and sour cream
  • 1 TBS lemon juice
  • dash of tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 4oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
  • 12 patty shells
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Put scallops in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil and simmer scallops for 3 to 5 minutes or until they are firm. Drain. Saute' scallions in skillet with butter, adding the flour and blending in well. Add shrimp, scallops and yogurt; blend well over low heat. Stir in seasonings and then the mushrooms. Spoon into individual shells; sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Put shells on a cookie sheet; place under broiler until the cheese browns.
