Ingredients:
1 lb. scallops3 TBS snipped scallions 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 lb. small cooked shrimp 3 TBS. flour 2 cups yogurt and sour cream 1 TBS lemon juice dash of tabasco sauce salt and pepper to taste 1 4oz. can mushroom pieces, drained 12 patty shells 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Put scallops in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil and simmer scallops for 3 to 5 minutes or until they are firm. Drain. Saute' scallions in skillet with butter, adding the flour and blending in well. Add shrimp, scallops and yogurt; blend well over low heat. Stir in seasonings and then the mushrooms. Spoon into individual shells; sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Put shells on a cookie sheet; place under broiler until the cheese browns.Makes 12 appetizers
Though I am not a seafood lover, even I love this! It's delicious.
