Ingredients
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 Cs water
- 1 lb. pecans (4 C.s halves, if possible)
Directions
Mix in saucepan all ingredients except pecans. Cook mixture until it spins a thread. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the pecans. Pour out onto a baking sheet or large flat pan. When cool break the nuts apart.
