Cinnamon Spiced Pecans Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 C. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 Cs water 1 lb. pecans (4 C.s halves, if possible)
Directions:
Mix in saucepan all ingredients except pecans. Cook mixture until it spins a thread. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the pecans. Pour out onto a baking sheet or large flat pan. When cool break the nuts apart. | |
