Directions:
Heat olive oil on medium heat and sauti onions and garlic till onions are glassy. Add chopped swiss chard and stir-fry till coated with olive oil, garlic and onions. Add salt and pepper. (Then add sausage and potatoes if desired). Turn to low heat and stir-fry or sauti till greens are soft and pliable. Serves 2-4
Serve as a side dish or as a main entree with sausage and potato ingredients. Very tasty and nutritious.
