Swiss Chard Sauti Recipe

Ingredients:
2-3 cups cooked swiss chard
1-2 Tbs. olive oil
1 small clove of garlic, crushed and minced
1 small onion, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Crumbled cooked sausage and diced potatoes (optional)

Directions:
Heat olive oil on medium heat and sauti onions and garlic till onions are glassy. Add chopped swiss chard and stir-fry till coated with olive oil, garlic and onions. Add salt and pepper. (Then add sausage and potatoes if desired).
Turn to low heat and stir-fry or sauti till greens are soft and pliable.
Serves 2-4
Serve as a side dish or as a main entree with sausage and potato ingredients. Very tasty and nutritious.
