Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups shredded fresh carrots
  • 1 medium stalk celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 container (8 oz.) low fat lemon yogurt

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Serve on salad greens if desired. Makes 4 servings.
