Carrot Salad Recipe

  Salad

Ingredients:
2-1/2 cups shredded fresh carrots
1 medium stalk celery, thinly sliced
1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 container (8 oz.) low fat lemon yogurt

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Serve on salad greens if desired. Makes 4 servings.
