Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh sauerkraut, well drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 11 ounces canned Italian styled stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 3 lbs. country style pork ribs cut in to individual sections
- sprinkle of celery seed
Directions
In a Crockpot, LAYER all ingredients, beginning with sauerkraut and ending with pork ribs, bone-side up. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs.
