Pork Ribs and Sauerkraut Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh sauerkraut, well drained
1 onion, diced
11 ounces canned Italian styled stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
3 lbs. country style pork ribs cut in to individual sections
sprinkle of celery seed

Directions:
In a Crockpot, LAYER all ingredients, beginning with sauerkraut and ending with pork ribs, bone-side up. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs.
