Ingredients

  • 30 bread rounds
  • 1 cup cooked chopped shrimp
  • 1/2 cup grated American or cheddar cheese
  • 1 TBS minced celery
  • 1 TBS minced onion
  • 3 TBS mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Toast bread rounds on one side. Mix remaining ingredients together; spread on untoasted side of bread. Place four inches beneath broiler; broil for about 4 minutes. Makes 30 canapes.
