Cabbage Salad Recipe

  American Salad

Ingredients:
Cabbage
Fresh Parsley
Green Onions
Apple Cider Vinegar
Sugar
Canola Oil
Salt

Directions:
2-Cups Coursely chopped cabbage
1/2-Cup Fresh minced Parsley
1Tablespoon finey sliced fresh green onion (or to taste)

Dressing:
3 Tablespoons of sugar
3 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons of Salad Oil (I like using Canola Oil)
1 Teaspoon of Salt

Blend together in a jar and shake well. Refridgerate until cold.

Just before you plan to serve place Cabbage, Parsley & Green Onion in a bowl, and mix well. Drizzle the dressing over the ingredients and toss well. Serve right away, otherwise it will wilt.

It will quickly become your favorite, and your friends will ask you to bring it to every summer picnic and poolside party, because it tastes fresh and it won't spoil-- No mayonayse. Enjoy!
