I make these at Christmas time for gifts.
Ingredients
- 1 pund pecans
- 1 egg white (slightly beaten)
- 1/2 cup suga4r
- 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon of water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon all spice
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
Directions
Mix all ingrecients except the pecans well. Then coat the
pecan halves with the mixture and lay pecans on a well greased pan- the flat side down. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.
