Ingredients:
1 pund pecans1 egg white (slightly beaten) 1/2 cup suga4r 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon of water 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon all spice 1/4 teaspoon clove
Directions:
Mix all ingrecients except the pecans well. Then coat the pecan halves with the mixture and lay pecans on a well greased pan- the flat side down. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. I make these at Christmas time for gifts.
