Ingredients
- 1 cup creme de cassis
- juice of half of lime
- 4 tsp. honey
- 1 quart chilled cranberry juice
- 1 - 750ml chilled champagne
- 1 bottle carbonated water
- Ice cubes
Directions
In large pitcher stir together 1 cup creme de cassis, juice of half of lime, 4 tsp. honey until blended. Add 1 quart chilled cranberry juice. Chill until ready to serve. Just before serving. add 1 - 750ml chilled champagne and 1 bottle carbonated water. Add ice cubes. Makes 20 servings or 10 cups.
