Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creme de cassis
  • juice of half of lime
  • 4 tsp. honey
  • 1 quart chilled cranberry juice
  • 1 - 750ml chilled champagne
  • 1 bottle carbonated water
  • Ice cubes

Directions:
In large pitcher stir together 1 cup creme de cassis, juice of half of lime, 4 tsp. honey until blended. Add 1 quart chilled cranberry juice. Chill until ready to serve. Just before serving. add 1 - 750ml chilled champagne and 1 bottle carbonated water. Add ice cubes. Makes 20 servings or 10 cups.
