Ingredients:
1 cup creme de cassisjuice of half of lime 4 tsp. honey 1 quart chilled cranberry juice 1 - 750ml chilled champagne 1 bottle carbonated water Ice cubes
Directions:
In large pitcher stir together 1 cup creme de cassis, juice of half of lime, 4 tsp. honey until blended. Add 1 quart chilled cranberry juice. Chill until ready to serve. Just before serving. add 1 - 750ml chilled champagne and 1 bottle carbonated water. Add ice cubes. Makes 20 servings or 10 cups. |
