Rhubarb Upside Down Cake Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
2/3 C. rhubarb-cut up
1/2 C. brown sugar 16 large marshmallows 1/2 box of yellow or white cake mix
Directions:
Place marshmallows in bottom of buttered 8 inch round baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar over marshmallows. Add cut raw rhubarb. Cover with cake batter as directed on package only 1/2 of everything. Bake at the oven temp the package suggests. Invert on plate after removing from oven. Serve with whipped cream. |
