Directions:
Simmer oysters in water with salt over low heat for 10 min. or until edges of oysters curl. Make paste from butter and flour; stir into scalded milk to thicken slightly. Add oysters; cover. Let stand 15 min. Add Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Serve immediately. 4 servings.
