Oyster Bisque Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pt. oysters
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 qt. scalded milk
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Simmer oysters in water with salt over low heat for 10 min. or until
edges of oysters curl. Make paste from butter and flour; stir into
scalded milk to thicken slightly. Add oysters; cover. Let stand
15 min. Add Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Serve immediately.
4 servings.
