Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon
  • 3 tbsp chopped shallots
  • 3 tbsp surfine capers
  • 3 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper

Directions

Mince the salmon and the other ingredients separately.

Combine all the minced ingredients together and adjust the seasoning to taste.

Serve with grilled Armenian flatbread or toasts.


Serves 8.
