Ingredients:
1 lb fresh salmon3 tbsp chopped shallots 3 tbsp surfine capers 3 tbsp chopped ginger 1 tbsp parsley 1tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp Soya sauce 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tbsp Tabasco sauce salt and pepper
Directions:
Mince the salmon and the other ingredients separately. Combine all the minced ingredients together and adjust the seasoning to taste. Serve with grilled Armenian flatbread or toasts. Serves 8.
