spread meat flat Mix remaining ingredients except oil and tomato sause. put a bit of stuffing in the center of each piece of meat. Roll up and tie tighly with cotton string at both ends and in the center.l heat oil in a large skillet. Pat rolled meat dry on absorbent paper. saute in oil until well browned on all sides. add tomato sause cover and simmer slowly for 2 hours. or until meat is tender clip string and discard serve braciole in tomato sause over pasta polenta or rice.
