This can't really be Fat-Free, as the ingredients DO contain some fat.
- 1/2 cup reduced fat buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp. low-fat mayonaisse
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp.coarsely ground black pepper
In a small bowl, with wire whisk or fork, mix all ingredients. Makes about 3/4 cup.
