Fat-Free Buttermilk- Chive Dressing Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup reduced fat buttermilk2 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives 1 Tbsp. low-fat mayonaisse 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp.coarsely ground black pepper
Directions:
In a small bowl, with wire whisk or fork, mix all ingredients. Makes about 3/4 cup.This can't really be Fat-Free, as the ingredients DO contain some fat.
