Ingredients
- 3 tblsp green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tblsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp galanga, finely chopped
- 1 tblsp lemongrass, chopped
- 2 cloves (french: "clou de girofle")
- 1 tblsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 5 black pepper seeds
- 3 red hot pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp shrimp paste
Directions
Heat wok and grill without fat or oil, green onions, garlic, galanga, lemongrass, cloves, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, low heat for about 5 minutes. Reduce to powder.
Add other ingredients without shrimp paste and blend. Add shrimp paste and blend again.
1/2 cup fine paste
