Ingredients
- l celery rib, thinly sliced
- l small onion, chopped
- l green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbls butter or margarine
- 2 envelopes chicken gravy mix
- l/4 teasp celery salt
- l/4 teasp ground cumin
- l/4 teasp cajun seasoning
- l/4 teasp pepper
- 4 cups milk
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked
- l cup cubed process american cheese
Directions
In a large saucepan, saute celery and onions in butter till tender.  Stir in gravy mix and seasonings, gradually add milk.  Bring to boil, cook and stir for 2 mins.  Reduce heat, stir in potatoes and cheese.  Cook and stir till the potatoes are heated through and the cheese is melted.
