Ingredients:

  • 13 lbs. hamburger(browned0
  • 2 qts. tomato puree
  • 1 lb. chopped onions
  • 1/2 lb. suet
  • 2 oz. unsweetened cooking chocolate
  • 3 oz. salt
  • 3 oz. chili powder
  • 4 oz. ground cuminseed
  • Water to make 12 1/2 quarts volume

Directions:
Simmer for 3 hours. Add 6 oz. flour made into a paste and continue cooking until flour is done. Serves 50.
