Mexican Chili For Fifty Recipe

  Mexican Chili

13 lbs. hamburger(browned0
2 qts. tomato puree
1 lb. chopped onions
1/2 lb. suet
2 oz. unsweetened cooking chocolate
3 oz. salt
3 oz. chili powder
4 oz. ground cuminseed
Water to make 12 1/2 quarts volume

Simmer for 3 hours. Add 6 oz. flour made into a paste and continue cooking until flour is done. Serves 50.
Didn't have recipe for the size you wanted, but you could make several pots of this.
