Spicy Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • l/2 cup bread crumbs
  • l/2 milk
  • l/4 cut grated onion
  • l egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tblsp parsley
  • l cloved chopped gaqrlic
  • l/4 tsp fennel seed
  • l tsp salt
  • l/4 tsp each pepper, oregano and basil
  • l/2 teasp paprika

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour



This is excellent cold for sandwiches.
