Ingredients:
1 lb hamburgerl/2 cup bread crumbs l/2 milk l/4 cut grated onion l egg, slightly beaten 2 tblsp parsley l cloved chopped gaqrlic l/4 tsp fennel seed l tsp salt l/4 tsp each pepper, oregano and basil l/2 teasp paprika
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf.Bake at 350 for 1 hour This is excellent cold for sandwiches.
