Directions:
Combine fresh fish & lemon juice in med bowl, Let stand, stirring often 1 hour. Drain. Combine fish, tomatoes, onions, oil, capers olives and coriander in serving bowl. Mix well. Season to taste with salt. Sprinkle with banana peppers and garnish with lemon wedges. Seves 8-10 as an appetizer course.
I have served this many times and everyone loves it and can't believe it is "raw" fish. You have to start with very fresh fish not frozen ones. Enjoy
