Good...real good.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups Flour
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Margarine
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Grease bottom only of 13/9 inch baking pan.
In large mixer bowl combine flour, brown sugar, peanut butter and margarine on low speed until crumbly; reserve 1 cup.
Add baking powder, baking soda (unless you use self-rising flour which can be substiuted), milk, vanilla and eggs to the remaining crumb mixture in the mixer bowl; blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed scraping the bowl occasionally.
Pour batter into prepared pan; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture; and chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
