Peanut Butter - Chocolate Chip Cake Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups Flour2 cups Brown Sugar 1 cup Peanut Butter 1/2 cup Margarine 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 large eggs 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Grease bottom only of 13/9 inch baking pan. In large mixer bowl combine flour, brown sugar, peanut butter and margarine on low speed until crumbly; reserve 1 cup. Add baking powder, baking soda (unless you use self-rising flour which can be substiuted), milk, vanilla and eggs to the remaining crumb mixture in the mixer bowl; blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed scraping the bowl occasionally. Pour batter into prepared pan; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture; and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes Bad...real bad.
