  Korean Salad




More Korean Salad Recipes

Ingredients:
  • 1 head Chinese cabbage, cut up
  • 1 = c. salt
  • 1 bunch green onions, tops too
  • 1 turnip, cut up
  • 2-3 radishes, halved
  • 2 heads garlic, cut up
  • = c. red pepper powder
  • Dash MSG
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Soak cabbage in salt for 3 to 4 hours. Wash after it has wilted down. Taste, if it tastes salty, leave alone; if not, put a little more salt (3-4 tbsp.) on it. Add other ingredients, mix and let set for 3-4 days out of refrigerator.
