Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds chopped meat
  • 2 medium-sized raw potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup corn flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups water3 to 4 oz. grape jelly

Directions:
Combine ground meat, grated potatoes (avoid long slivers of potato), onions, eggs, corn flakes and seasonings. Form into small meatballs. Mix chili sauce, water and grape jelly and bring to a boil. Add meatballs. Reduce to simmer and cook 20 minutes.
