IMPOSSIBLE CHEESE CAKE Recipe

3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons vanella
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
Set oven 350 degrees

1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 packages 8oz.each cream cheese,cut into1/2 in. cubes & softened.
Cheesecake topping

Cheese cake topping:
1 cup sour cream or imitation
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vanella
2 tablespoons vanella

GREASE pie tin 9-1-11/4 inches
BEAT milk,vanella,eggs,sugar and baking mix in a blender on highspeed 15 seconds. Add cream cheese. Cover and blend at high speed for 2 minutes.

POUR into pie plate. Bake 40 to 45 minutes untill center is set; cool.

PREPARE Cheesecake topping; blend together ingrediants. Carefully spread over top. Serve with canned pie filling or fresh fruit such as sliced or crushed. strawberries
