Gabe's 3rd birthday cake Recipe

Mix jello mix,dry, into cake batter and bake per box instructions. Bake in two layers and let cool.
Mix melonball-sized scoop of sherbet into standard frosting& set it aside. Soften sherbet and scoop all into a layer cake pan, smooth with spatula & put in freezer. When cakes have cooled and sherbet firmed up- layer cake, sherbet,cake. Frost with doctored up frosting and store in freezer until ready to serve.
