Ingredients:
white cake mixlime jello lime sherbet
Directions:
Mix jello mix,dry, into cake batter and bake per box instructions. Bake in two layers and let cool.Mix melonball-sized scoop of sherbet into standard frosting& set it aside. Soften sherbet and scoop all into a layer cake pan, smooth with spatula & put in freezer. When cakes have cooled and sherbet firmed up- layer cake, sherbet,cake. Frost with doctored up frosting and store in freezer until ready to serve. Probably truly awful for you:)
I threw this together out of desperation for my son's b-day when he demanded an ALL green ice cream cake. It was received very well, though..and nobody believed I just threw it together:)Happy St.Pat's!
