Ingredients
- 1 t. Dijon-style mustare
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 3 T. salad oil
- 1/3 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. curry powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 1/2 T. chopped toasted almonds
Directions
Combine all ingredients and let stand for one hour to blend flavors.
Makes 1/3 cup dressing, enought for 4 to 6 servings.
