Ingredients

  • 1 t. Dijon-style mustare
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 3 T. salad oil
  • 1/3 t. cinnamon
  • 1/2 t. curry powder
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 1/2 T. chopped toasted almonds

Directions

Combine all ingredients and let stand for one hour to blend flavors.


Makes 1/3 cup dressing, enought for 4 to 6 servings.
